These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by SAVAANA HOLIDAYS LLP (“SAVAANA HOLIDAYS LLP”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By engaging with us, making a booking, or using our website, you (“Client”, “You”, “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nature of Services

SAVAANA HOLIDAYS LLP is a bespoke travel design and consultancy company. We curate personalized travel experiences and facilitate bookings with third-party service providers including hotels, airlines, transport operators, and destination partners. We act solely as an intermediary and consultant.

Bookings & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment
  • Payment schedules vary depending on trip and suppliers
  • Certain services may require 100% upfront payment

Consultation Fee

  • May be charged depending on trip complexity
  • Non-refundable
  • May be adjusted against final booking at our discretion

Pricing

  • Prices are subject to availability and may change
  • Changes may occur due to currency, taxes, or supplier updates
  • Errors or omissions may be corrected anytime

Cancellation & Amendments

  • Must be requested via email
  • Charges depend on timing and supplier policies
  • May go up to 100% of booking value
  • Amendments may incur additional costs

Refund Policy

  • Refunds depend on supplier policies
  • No guarantee until received from suppliers
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable
  • Timeline: 45–60 business days
  • Refunds processed in INR

Third-Party Responsibility

  • We do not control airlines, hotels, or vendors
  • Not liable for delays, cancellations, or service issues
  • Contract is between client and service provider

Client Responsibility

  • Ensure valid passports, visas, and documents
  • Comply with immigration and health requirements
  • Verify booking details upon receipt

Travel Insurance

  • Strongly recommended
  • SAVAANA HOLIDAYS LLP acts only as intermediary
  • Travel without insurance is at your own risk

Payments & Compliance

  • Accepted via bank transfer, gateway, etc.
  • KYC/PAN/GST may be required
  • GST applicable as per Indian law

Force Majeure

  • Includes natural disasters, pandemics, unrest, etc.
  • Additional costs borne by client

Limitation of Liability

  • No liability for indirect or consequential losses
  • Limited to value of booked services
  • Not responsible for injury, baggage loss, visa issues

Travel Documents & Accuracy

  • Clients must review documents carefully
  • Errors must be reported immediately

Intellectual Property

All itineraries and content remain the intellectual property of SAVAANA HOLIDAYS LLP and cannot be reused without consent.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking or making payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms for yourself and all travellers.

Right to Refuse Service

SAVAANA HOLIDAYS LLP reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion.
