Bookings & Payments
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
- Payment schedules and terms will be shared at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to change due to availability, currency fluctuations, and supplier revisions.
Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
- Cancellation charges will depend on supplier policies and timing of cancellation.
- In many cases, last-minute cancellations may attract 100% charges.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with supplier policies.
- Savaana’s service fees may be non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and necessary travel documents.
- Any losses arising due to incomplete or incorrect documentation will not be the responsibility of Savaana.
Third-Party Liability
Savaana acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers including hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
We are not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by third parties
- Natural disasters, weather conditions, political situations, or force majeure events
